Customers, at their own expense, may add up to 3 nights pre/post original travel dates (February 16-21, 2026), subject to availability. Room rates will be billed at market rate at time of booking. Please contact E-Water Solutions to inquire about adding additional days to your itinerary.

Customers may register for 2026 Customer Appreciation Trip through August 1, 2025. Any changes or cancellations for attending this trip may be done without penalty BEFORE/BY August 1, 2025. E-Water Solutions reserves the right to invoice customers for any fees incurred due to late cancellations or flight changes.

Disclaimer 2 *

Registration forms must be signed by a principal of the company (owner or officer) no later than August 1, 2025. The account must be and remain in good standing and within payment terms throughout the entire 2025 year.

Disclaimer 3 *

Net purchases will be tracked from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025. Purchases must be shipped and invoiced during this time period. Customers must reach a minimum of 135 points (1 point = $2,000 in net purchases) for the 2025 year to be eligible to send 2 (TWO) (principal/owner/officer and guest) on this Customer Appreciation Trip. Purchases are eligible for single year only and cannot be rolled over into future year. This Customer Appreciation Trip is based on 2025 purchases ONLY.

In the event that a customer does not meet 135 points AND has a minimum of 75 points, E-Water Solutions MAY offer a BUY-IN amount for customer to be able to attend this trip. This will be available on a first come, first serve basis AND is subject to approval from E-Water Solutions ownership team. Please contact E-Water Solutions for the anticipated BUY-IN cost.

Trips are open to customers, employees, and suppliers. E-Water Solutions MUST approve any changes or substitutions for attendees. Participating customers are required to agree to the terms of agreement at registration. E-Water Solutions reserves the right to modify, change or cancel any aspects of this trip, including but not limited to: limiting the number of attendees, altering qualifications, changing venues, trip dates, or anything else trip related. This includes circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to allow, modify, remove purchases that fall under categories of bid, contract, and/or special discount purchases.

In consideration of our participation in the above-described trip, we do hereby release and forever discharge E-Water Solutions, its agents, owners and employees, from any all claims, demands and causes of action which the undersigned now has or which the undersigned’s heirs executors, administrations, assigns, or successors may have arising out of any activity in connection with the customer trip, commencing and ending on or about the dates shown above. We agree to hold harmless E-Water Solutions, its owners, directors, officers, members, agents, employees and their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, of and from all of the liabilities described above, arising out of or connected with our participation in said trip. We also agree to grant permission to E-Water Solutions to use photographs and/or video of all attendees taken on the above-described trip in publications, online, news releases, social media, emails and in other communications related to E-Water Solutions.
